STANDARD SHIPPING
Our Standard shipping charge is $5 and up depending on the total weight of items, shipping method and destination.
TRACKING INFORMATION
We will provide you with a Tracking Number once your order has shipped out. Please look for an email from Saber Alpha. You can also get real time tracking information on our Track Order page.
ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING TIMES
USA
All US orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped using the method you choose at checkout. If you choose the Small Packet USA - Air option, it is generally received within 5-8 business days. Other shipping options are detailed in the chart below.
Our order processing is done Monday to Friday during regular West Coast (PST) work hours. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at your front door or mailbox. Saber Alpha Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
If you need to make changes to your order during the processing time, please send us an email at orders@saberalpha.com.
CANADA
All Canadian orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped using the method you choose at checkout. If you choose the Expedited Parcel option, it is generally received within 1-7 business days. Other shipping options are detailed in the chart below.

INSURANCE
Shipments are eligible for liability coverage up to $100 CAD / $75 USD for shipments using the following shipping services:

- International: Priority™ Worldwide, Xpresspost™ — USA, Xpresspost — International, Tracked Packet - USA, Tracked Packet International, Expedited Parcel - USA, International Parcel Surface, International Parcel Air.
